An Exclusive Agency Agreement will be sent separate from this package for you to sign via email.

Included in this package are the following:
- List of Required Items for the unit — Review
- W9 – Please fill this out name and SSN or Tax ID you would like the 1099s to be issued to at the end of the year. – Complete and sign
- Non-Resident tax forms (for owners living outside of California) with a letter explaining how and when to fill it out. – If applicable please complete and sign
- We now make payments via ACH deposit directly into your bank account, so please provide your routing number and account number. Please note: the name on the account needs to match the name you provide me as well. We can also still send a check payment via mail if you prefer.
- Home Warranty Information page – please fill out if applicable
