In an effort to streamline all of our Maintenance Requests, we have moved our process online. Please submit all requests here and our Maintenance Coordinator will be in contact with you soon. We have an exceptional full-time Maintenance Technician on staff with our company, Angel Zaragoza, who will be on hand M-F 9-5 to respond to any requests for repairs.

By selecting "Yes", you provide authorization for our Maintenance Technician, Angel Zaragoza, to enter your unit while you are not in the property. 'Permission To Enter' is used for issues that may not be a priority or emergency (Ex: Shade/Blind Fell down, Replacing Lightbulb, etc.) and can be done on Angel's schedule. Angel will assess the Maintenance Issue or any issue brought to our attention.
